We appreciate your business and are here to make your shopping experience with us seamless and enjoyable. Here's some information on placing and managing your orders with INDIE BEAUTY LIVING:

PLACING YOUR ORDER:

  • Simply add the items you want to your shopping bag while browsing our catalog.
  • Once you're ready to proceed, click on the shopping bag and click "checkout".
  • Provide us with your delivery information and select your payment method.
  • Your order will be shipped within 4-14 business days.
  • If you need any assistance, our IBL support team is always available to help!

UPDATING YOUR ORDER:

  • If you need to update your order and it has not

yet been fulfilled, please email us at indiebeautyliving@gmail.com with your order number and the desired changes.

  • Unfortunately, we may not be able to update your order if it has already been fulfilled.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER:

  • We apologize but as our team works quickly to fulfill orders, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.
  • All sales are final, but if you have any issues with your order, please email us at indiebeautyliving@gmail.com with your order number and we will do our best to assist you.

REFUSING YOUR SHIPMENT:

  • If you choose to refuse your shipment, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged by INDIE BEAUTY LIVING.
  • This fee is dependent on your country. If you need to adjust your address, please email us at indiebeautyliving@gmail.com before your order is shipped.

ORDER STATUS:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email within 15-30 minutes of placing your order.
  • After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
  • Your order will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact our IBL support team to verify your email address.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

  • At this time, INDIE BEAUTY LIVING does not accept returns.
  • If you have any problems with your items, please email us at indiebeautyliving@gmail.com and we would be happy to help.
  • For damaged products, we will require a photo of the damaged item. If it is proven to be faulty, you can return it for repairs or store credit, but shipping charges and duties are ineligible for refund.
