For those who prefer to pick up their purchases in person, we offer pick-up services Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM and on Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 3 PM. Simply call or text 519 943 2211 to place your pick-up request.

Our In-House Pick-Up Policy:

We're thrilled that you've chosen to pick up your order with us! Our in-house pick-up option is available for your convenience and to help make your shopping experience with us as smooth and efficient as possible.

Please note that all orders must be picked up within 72 hours of pick-up notification. If you're unable to pick up your order within this time frame, we'll unfortunately have to auction off your items in a mystery bag sale.

To ensure that your pick-up experience goes smoothly, we kindly ask that you bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid form of identification with you when you come to collect your items.

Here is our policy for order pick-up:

  1. All orders must be picked up within 72 hours of pickup notification.
  2. Once you receive the pickup notification, please arrange for pick up as soon as possible.
  3. Orders that are not picked up within 72 hours will be put into a mystery bag sale.
  4. The mystery bag sale consists of unclaimed items that are auctioned off in bulk to the highest bidder.
  5. Once an order is placed in the mystery bag sale, it cannot be retrieved and is considered final.

We understand that circumstances can arise that prevent you from picking up your order within the allotted time frame. If this is the case, please reach out to us at as soon as possible to make alternate arrangements.
